RETURN POLICY

Exercising the right of rescission for our customer is extremely simple: simply request a unique RMA code (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our Customer Service within ten days of receiving the shipment containing the items to be returned. The return is free for all countries of the European Union for orders over 500€. For orders with a lower amount, the costs of returning the order will be borne by the customer.

For orders of a lower amount and for countries outside the European Union, the shipping costs relating to the return of the Product will be charged to the Customer; delivery costs to the Customer and any other additional costs and/or taxes and/or customs charges highlighted at the time of the order will not be refunded. For countries outside the EU, the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the warehouse of Corso Italia, is under the complete and total responsibility of the Customer. Returns will not be accepted in the absence of the warranty seal intact.

Products purchased during private sales or exclusive promotions, will not be subject to returns, exchanges or refunds.

To request a RMA code:

  • Fill out the form in this page containing identification data on the customer and order containing the item to be returned;
  • Specify the reason why you want to return your purchase;
  • Indicate how you intend to be refunded (which must be the same method used to make the initial payment). You can keep your credit by requesting a customer credit that can be used later (within one year of creation).
  • Accept the conditions concerning the right of rescission whose full text is found in this section and send the form.

After you receive your RMA code, you must send goods following those instructions.
