You can choose who will handle the returning shipment: Ballantyne will manage the return for you or, alternatively, you can decide to ship by your own. Our Customer Care will take care of your pick up request for free. The return shipment must be completed within 3 days starting from the moment you will receive the authorization code and the instruction for the return. The return is free for all countries of the European Union for orders over 500€. For orders with a lower amount, the costs of returning the order will be borne by the customer.
