Ballantyne will ship your order using an express delivery service (DHL, UPS or other major forwarder). Once the parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the waybill number to track your order at any time. Shipping costs will be added at your order at the check-out.
You have 10 working days from the moment when you receive the order to return the item to Ballantyne. You can choose who will handle the returning shipment: Ballantyne will manage the return for you or, alternatively, you can decide to ship by your own. Our Customer Care will take care of your pick up request for free. The return shipment must be completed within 3 days starting from the moment you will receive the authorization code and the instruction for the return. The return is free for all countries of the European Union for orders over 500€. For orders with a lower amount, the costs of returning the order will be borne by the customer.
